IBIS GPS-GSM is designed for birds that can use neck-ring markers, such as geese and ibises.  We will work with you to custom-design and size neck rings to fit your species.

The Ibis series is lightweight and long range GPS-UHF system that is highly energy efficient.  In direct sunlight units can record locations as often as once every 5 minutes, and the low energy features also allow operation under forest canopy and in shaded areas.  Data are remotely downloaded via a handheld or fixed receiver from distances as far away as 6km (line of sight).
